Detailers are advocates for sailors and placement advocates for commands. Detailers are advocates for sailors and are in charge for the sustained job growth and development of the Sailors while Placement is advocates for command and are in charge for dealing with the Type Commanders and MCA to make sure that commands are properly manned to do their allocated assignments.
