For this you will need to use the point-slope form :
Y2-y1 / x2 - x1
So for the points (2,7) and (-3,6)

Y2 = 6
Y1 = 7
X2= -3
X1 = 2

So the equation is 6-7 = -1
-3 - 2 = 3 + -2 = 1

So the answer is the last one
And the slope is 1
