Cleaning has two objectives:
* Cleaning the surface from food, grease, debris, and any kind of dirt.
* Eliminating microorganisms, by eliminating them directly using antiseptics, or privatizing them from the grease and the nutrient found in the food and debris. so the two definitions are very close.
