Use the ac method:-

ac = 8*15 = 120

we need 2 factors of 120  which when added will equal -26

they are -20 and - 6 so we have

8x^2 - 20x - 6x + 15

= 4x(2x - 5) - 3(2x - 5)

=  (4x - 3)(2x - 5)   answer
