by 'standard form', you mean expand, example [tex]2^3=2*2*2=8[/tex] where 8 is the expanded form of [tex]2^3[/tex]
so
[tex]2^{10}=2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2=4*4*4*4*4=16*16*4=256*4=1024[/tex]
[tex]10^2=10*10=100[/tex]
[tex]3^9=3*3*3*3*3*3*3*3*3=9*9*9*9*3=81*81*3=6561*3=19683[/tex]
