Solution:

[tex]49 {m}^{2} - {n}^{2} [/tex]
[tex] {(7m)}^{2} - {n}^{2} [/tex]
Using formula,
a^2-b^2=(a+b)(a-b)

[tex](7m + n)(7m - n)[/tex]
This is the required answer.
