I’d say phone, kinda ironic. But honestly you can do so much on a phone , a parent can track their children, it IS used for emergencies, young children can also use learning apps on phones . It helps children keep in touch with family especially if a parent is out of town (mentally the child wouldn’t feel abandoned or so on). Not sure if I’m making any sense lol
