By width, if you mean diameter = 12 ft.

Radius = 6 ft.

Height = 13 ft.

π = 3.14

Area of a cone = 1/3πr^2h

= 1/3 x 3.14 x 6 x 6 x 13

= 3.14 x 12 x 13

= 3.14 x 156

= 489.84 ft.^3
