The formula of Calcium Chloride is CaCl2.
It is a neutral salt which is formed by the reaction of calcium hydroxide with hydrochloric acid. It has no effect in litmus paper because it is neutral in nature. It can be checked by the help of pH paper, it turns pH paper into green in colour which proves that it is neutral salt.
