I guess you're supposed to simplify?

[tex]\dfrac{\tan x}{\sec^2x}+\dfrac{\tan x}{\csc^2x}[/tex]

[tex]=\tan x\left(\dfrac1{\sec^2x}+\dfrac1{\csc^2x}\right)[/tex]

[tex]=\tan x(\cos^2x+\sin^2x)[/tex]

[tex]=\tan x[/tex]
