The j2 has overall staff responsibility for consolidating and recommending PIRs (Priority Intelligence Requirements). A Priority Intelligence Requirements is when staff have to follow a certain rule that applies to all no matter what rank. All staff would need to understand the rule of the PIR (Priority Intelligence Requirements) for a job requirement. Note that this applies to some jobs.
