Of course, nobody is above the law! I almost chocked writing that since the US legal system is so f**ed up, that with the right attorney and money you can get away with murder.
If a president breaks the law, he can be arrested or fined just like anyone else. Presidents are not above the law meaning they can not do whatever they want just because they are running the country.
