h=4
LA=2hpir
find r then find lateral area

36pi=4pir^2
divide by 4pi
9=r^2
sqrt both sides
3=r

LA=2hpir
LA=2*4*pi*3
LA=8*pi*3
LA=24pi

lateral area=24 pi squarea units
