Explanation:
A major challenge to deal with because of social distancing during a pandemic is the mental health effects on individuals. Humans in general are emotional beings and when we do not feel love or are not able to mingle with the ones we love the following could result:
- loneliness
- depression
- loss of appetite
Also, not forgetting the financial losses that may arise as a result of social distancing because of inability to work or to get job.
