Answer:

Common sedimentary rocks include sandstone, limestone, and shale. These rocksoften start as sediments carried in rivers and deposited in lakes and oceans. When buried, the sediments lose water and become cemented to form rock.

Sedimentary Rocks are rocks that are formed when sediment is deposited out of air, ice wind, gravity or water. Sediment is formed when weathering and erosion breaks down into loose material. I really hope this helps.
