Remember that F(X) = Y

Looking at the graph we can conclude that:

Y > 0 when X < - 4 (up until -∞)

Y = 0 when X = - 4

Y < 0 when X > - 4 (up until +∞)

So choose:

[F(X) = Y]  > 0 over the interval ]-∞; -4[
