1/6 2/3x-4

What you do to answer the problem is multiply everything in the parenthesis by 2/3.

2/3 of 1/4 = 1/6

With x, you just have 2/3x and leave it at that for now.

2/3 of -6 = -4

so you end up with, 1/6 2/3x-4
