Which value of x makes this equation true? 100 - 6x = 160 -10x

1) Put the x value on the same side of the equation

100= 160-10x+6x
100= 160-4x

2) put 160 on the other side of the equation

100-160=-4x
-60=-4x

3) divide -4 on both sides

-60/-4= -4x/-4
15=x
