How would you describe the relationship between Indigenous Peoples’ Day and Columbus Day?

Columbus is known for his violence and discrimination towards the indigenous people so the connotation of Columbus Day is honoring a man who killed many many people for his own personal gain.


Indigenous peoples day honors the people he killed and anybody else who was settled in any country ever before it was urbanized.
