I’m not quite sure on this, but I believe that if there is an equal amount of pressure on both sides of an object, then the object is stable. If we have an object with one side having more pressure than the other, then there might be a pushing force which will make that object move. If something is moving than it creates energy in that movement. It’s the same with how water moving creates energy.
