A real number is all numbers that are found on the number line. A rational number is a number that can be converted into a fraction. An integer are positive and negative whole numbers. Natural numbers are non-negative numbers or a set of positive numbers starting from 0. So an example of one number that meets all the criteria of a real, rational integer that is not a natural  number is any negative of a natural number.
