Given:
I = 115
P = 650
r = 0.05

Equation: I = Prt

Solve for t:

I = Prt
115 = 650(0.05)t
0.1769230769 = 0.05t
t = 3.538461538

t is approx = 3.5
( I dont know what to round it with so ill just do by tenths)
