I'm going to try to explain it to you easy as possible so basically when a motor is placed between two poles of another magnet a current from a voltage flow to the coil and a magnet field is produced around the electromagnetic and the poles of the magnet interact with the poles from the electricmatic causing the motor to turn in more coils growing stronger into the motor
