First, I take the meaty thighs and throw them into a big bowl preparing to be seasoned.
Second, I put my sofrito;) sazón and adobo all of the chicken.
Third, I lather and mix all the ingredients together and watch the meat and my fingers turn red from the sazón
Third, I cut 1inch strips in the thighs and put sofrito into them.
Finally, I preheat my oven, wait until it’s done, and throw my chicken in :( then wait a long time to eat it
