I don't see the question of the first picture, so if it is asking the same thing as the second question, the answer to the first pic is D. (If the first pic is asking which shows a triangle inscribed in a circle then the answer would be A.)
The answer to the second pic is A.
When a shape is inscribed it means it is inside the other shape. Just look at the prefix (in), in inscribed.
