So to graph it you need to know the slope and the intercepts.
Y intercept is found by substituting 0 for x, and that gives you y=-3, (0,-3).
X intercept is found by substituting 0 for y then solving. That gives you x=3/2, (3/2,0)
You can plot those points and connect them and it should give you an idea of the graph.
