4x - 10 = x +  2x + 4   {Combine like terms}

4x - 10 = 3x + 4     {Add 10 to both sides}

4x        = 3x + 4 + 10

        4x = 3x + 14              {Subtract 3x from both sides}

4x - 3x  = 14

          x = 14

PR = 4x - 10    {Plugin x = 14}

     = 4*14 - 10

     =  56 - 10

     =  46
