3x - 5y = 15 -----> 1
2x - y = -4 ------>2
multiply eqn2 by -5 and add eqn 1
3x-5y = 15
-10x +5y = 20
--------------------
-7x = 35
x = -5
sub in eqn 2
2(-5) - y = -4
-10 - y = -4
-y = -4+10
-y = 6
y = -6
so the answer is (-5, -6)
