just divide them
eg: (-3)÷(5) it will give you -0.6
(-2)÷(5) it will give -0.4
(1÷5) will give 0.2
(1÷2) will give 0.5
so you then arrange from smallest to biggest
ie: -0.6, -0.4, 0.2, 0.5
then you can then arrange them in their fraction form
