Just find two points
I usually find x and y intercept
(When x = 0, and when y = 0)
3/2(0) + 2 = 2, so one point is (0,2)
0 = 3/2x + 2
0 = 3x + 4, x = -4/3, one point is (-4/3,0)
Now you can plot it
(If you can’t plot fraction use another point for example: you can do when x = 2 like this: 3/2(2) + 2 = 5. Use the point of (2,5)
