I would say that the organism that is responsible for clean up in this ecosystem are decomposers. They are organisms that break down dead or decaying organisms, and in doing so, they carry out the natural process of decomposition. Hope this answers the question.
"Decomposer" are responsible for cleaning up the ecosystem as it converts dead and decaying matter back into the inorganic solvents.
