Topic Outline is an outline that presents its sections and entries as words or short phrases.
An outline is also called as a hierarchical outline and there
are two types of outlines: sentence outlines and topic outlines. A topic outline lists only words or phrases where a sentence outline lists complete sentences. Topic outline are more brief and one
of the most commonly used formats.
