We don't know what [tex]n[/tex] and [tex]p[/tex] are, but we can derive the mean and variance with the general parameters using the PMF of the distribution. It's a tedious bit of work, so I'll cut to the chase:

[tex]\text{mean}=np[/tex]
[tex]\text{variance}=np(1-p)[/tex]
[tex]\text{standard deviation}=\sqrt{\text{variance}}=\sqrt{np(1-p)}[/tex]
