Well, I would could consider the mood not so happy. Because is Winter is coming fast it is nit exactly the happiest time. So I would go with indicative it is the best answer out of the three you gave me. I really do hope that helps.

I think the mood for that sentence is sadness, because winter is known for its sadness, for example winter depression, winter blues
