3(x – 1) < -3(2 – 2x)
3x -3 < -6 + 6x
3x-6x < -6+3
-3x < -3
x > -3/-3
x > 1

Therefore the answer is : 
A) x > 1.

3(x-1) < -3(2-2x)
3x - 3 < -6 + 6x
-3 + 6 < 6x - 3x
3 < 3x
∴ 1< x 
i.e x > 1.

Hence A is correct.
