If we know the perimeter is equal, we must set the perimeters equal to each other to solve for 'x'.

(2x-4) + (2x-6) + (x-3) = 2(x-3) + 2(3x-11)
5x -13 = 2x - 6 + 6x - 22
5x - 13 = 8x - 28
15 = 3x
5 = x
