Selenium dioxide. It's Se in the middle W double bonds going to 1 O and a single bond O the other. A lone pair on the Se and then for the Os you have an octet on each so the double bonded O has 2 dot pairs and the other has 3 pairs. It's e geo is trigonal planar and molecular geo is bent
