The statement that HIV can be transmitted through mosquito bites sneezes saunas and toilet seats is false. HIV can be only transmitted through blood and certain body fluids (semen, pre-seminal fluid, breast milk, vaginal fluids, ..) . In order HIV transmission to occur these HIV infected fluids must be injected into the bloodstream.
