Male pt experiences DOE. On exam there is no peripheral edema or JVD, lungs clear. There is a 3/6 ejection-type systolic murmur along the lower left sternal border that decreases in intensity when the patient moves from standing to squatting position. Dx? What is the genetic inheritance pattern?
