The answer is -1. Look at the graph, when x=0, y=-1 so f(0)=-1.

When you plug in a value for the x-axis, you get a value from the y-axis.

Put your finger on the origin, which is the point (0, 0), and trace your finger up and down until you intersect the blue line. That is the value of f(0).

So, the answer is -1.
