The final answer is 5 basically you have 3y-9=6 you add nine to the 9 and it crosses out then you add 6plus 9 and you get 15 then you have to divide by the 3y so 3y divided by 3y crosses out and then you divide 15 by the 3y and you get 5 as the answer ;)
