It shows a linear non-proportional relationship meaning there is a y-intercept meaning it is not proportional. The y-intercept is 5 since the slope is x, (1) so subtracting 1 from 6 we get 5 and 1-1=0. (x, y) (0,5). Your y-intercept is when X is zero, it is where the line cuts the y-axis. From there is increases by 1 for both x and y. For 4 it would be 9 (4,9).
The equation is,
Y=mx+b ==> m=slope b= y-intercept
Y= x+5 or
Y=1x+5
