Yes the fact that is in a poor neighborhood, and its students are largely from financially disadvantaged families and members of racial minorities shows that the political situation must not be very good, due to the fact that these people are not getting what they need. This has a lot to do with laws and programs passed from government. With help from a stable, good political system, it will affect people's lives
