I believe the answer is : Make sure can learn on the job. Stay flexible Students who are unsure about their career do not necessarily not possessing the skill that needed in order to do the job properly. Because of this, the best course of action for the sophomore is to ensure that he/she stay flexible and picking up necessary skills along the way in their career.
