If you're not trained in CPR, then provide hands-only CPR. That means uninterrupted chest compressions.

If you are in a situation that someone requires CPR, call out to see if anyone is trained or do as the other user told you. If you would like to learn CPR in case of the situation arises, you would want to find a local provider like AHA (American Heart Association) to get certified.
