The answer would be vas deferens.

Vas deferens or ductus deferens is a duct that connects the epididymis with the urethra. The sperm that already mature will be stored inside epididymis. During ejaculation, the smooth muscle in vas deferens will do a coordinated contraction called peristalsis, that will eject the sperm. Vas deferens will be cut in a male that wants a permanent contraception.
