The answer is

D.(n+3)!



We just need to simplify the expression

(n+4)!/(n+4) =(n+3)! * (n+4)/(n+4)

(n+4)!/(n+4) = (n+3)! * 1

(n+4)!/(n+4) = (n+3)!
