Creep is somthing you might call somone following you. Example, "he was slowly creeping up the stairs behind me". A land slide normally moves faster then that.

A creep is a slow downhill movement of weathered rock material.

A landslide is a sudden movement of rock and soil down a slope.

Basically, creeps are slower than landslides.
