If your graph is a COS or SIN graph :

[tex]y = a \sin(bx) + c[/tex]
a is the Amplitude
and period is:
[tex] \frac{360}{b} [/tex]

If your graph is a TAN graph :
[tex]y = a \tan(bx) + c[/tex]
A TAN graph has no amplitude as it has no Maximum or Minimum value.
To find period :
[tex] \frac{180}{b} [/tex]
