According to today’s bureaucratic environment, the most effective leader would be a democratic leader. He is the one who tries to gain consensus. There are so many problems in this environment that needs to reach agreements. As a group leader, one would lead his team by listening to all approaches and reaching a fair agreement with the rest of the team.
